contracts annually and operate within a formal confidentiality framework. Your information is never
shared without written consent.

Confidential Review Terms

 

These terms apply to the documents you submit for review. They do not commit you to engaging ECM.

Confidentiality. ECM keeps all invoices, contracts and information you provide strictly confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without your written consent, except to service providers bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. This obligation continues for five years.

Our analysis remains ours. ECM's benchmarking data, pricing intelligence, methodologies and written analysis remain the property of ECM. You may use them to evaluate ECM's recommendations. You may not share them with third parties, or use them to negotiate with or tender to suppliers, without engaging ECM.

No obligation. There is no cost and no commitment in submitting documents. Either party may stop at any point.

If you proceed. If we identify savings and you choose to go ahead, our fee is 30% of the savings we realise — you keep 70%. No savings, no fee. The full terms are set out in our Expense Management Services Agreement, which you will receive and sign before any engagement begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
