Dusko Dobric, the founder of Expense Control Management (ECM), brings nearly three decades of experience in business and data analytics, with a career focused on driving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. With an MBA from the University of South Australia and a Data Analysis Bootcamp from Adelaide University, he has honed his skills to deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Whether studying negotiation tactics from Harvard Business School or keeping up with emerging industry trends, he is committed to acquiring the knowledge needed for impactful solutions. His experiences, ranging from leading solar energy projects to refining expense management practices, highlight his belief in the power of ongoing education and data-driven insights.
Before founding ECM, Dusko was at the forefront of the solar industry's early days, taking on an executive role in establishing a national solar company in 2008. He significantly contributed to business growth in the energy sector, leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategies that enhanced revenue and operational performance.
