Our Founder's Commitment
Dusko Dobric, founder of Expense Control Management (ECM), brings nearly three decades of experience in business operations, data analysis and strategic cost management. With an MBA from the University of South Australia and a Data Analytics Bootcamp from the University of Adelaide, he combines commercial insight with analytical discipline to help organisations identify inefficiencies, optimise supplier arrangements and strengthen financial performance.
Prior to establishing ECM, Dusko played an executive role during the early development of Australia’s solar industry, contributing to the establishment and growth of a national solar company. During this time he led cross-functional initiatives that improved both operational performance and revenue outcomes.
Today, ECM helps organisations review and optimise expenses across key operational cost areas including energy, telecommunications, insurance, procurement and other supplier-related expenditures. By analysing supplier contracts, invoices and pricing structures across multiple organisations, ECM maintains visibility into prevailing market pricing benchmarks and commercial arrangements that are often difficult for a single business to identify independently.
